March 21, 2013 - The MaxSpeed Group (gorotax.com) and Kart Racing Network (kartracingnetwork.com) confirmed today that they will extend their relationship for a third consecutive year, with the announcement that both the 2013 United States Rotax Grand Nationals and the 2013 Pan-American Challenge will be broadcast live on KRN, and for the first time, in true High-Definition streaming video.

Both events will be among the pinnacles of the 2013 karting calendar. The 2013 United States Rotax Grand Nationals are scheduled at the Mooresville Motorplex in Mooresville, North Carolina from August 1-3; on October 11-13, the 2013 Pan-American Challenge will take place at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, Louisiana, the same facility that will host the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals just one month later.

"Because the MAXSpeed Group is always eager to provide tremendous value to its Rotax family, we have decided to renew our partnership with Kart Racing Network," said Thierry Germanovitch, Marketing and Brand Manager of MAXSpeed Group. "The last two years, KRN did a fantastic job and everybody was very impressed by the quality of the live broadcast. This year, it is very important for us to include the Pan-American in our partnership in addition to the U.S. Grand Nationals. These races will be very important this year, and of course the Pan-Am will take place only weeks before the Rotax Grand Finals in Louisiana. To have KRN as a strong broadcast partner will give all karting fans an opportunity to watch the action from a front row seat!"

"We're grateful for this opportunity to further extend our relationship with the MaxSpeed Group," commented Jeff Franz of Kart Racing Network. "Our first two years together produced a pair of sensational U.S. Grand Nationals broadcasts that set ratings marks, and now for 2013, we have expanded our relationship with MaxSpeed to include the Pan-Am broadcast. That both of these events will be broadcast in High-Definition streaming video is yet another step forward in our production quality, and no less than either of these two events deserve. We're thankful that both facilities, Mooresville and NOLA, have the superb infrastructure to support this level of HD streaming, as it simply wouldn't be possible without them."
