Manetti Motorsport looking for results in second round of ACI Karting

- Races
Press Release by:
Manetti Motorsport is back on track in the Italian Championship for the second round scheduled in Siena.

After the good first race in Castelletto di Branduzzo, it is time for confirmations for the team of Alessandro Manetti, ever more present in the KZ2 panorama and beyond.

KZ2 - Bosco set to go, Pizzi attempts to replicate
In the premier class, the Manetti Motorsport duo will once again be fighting for prominent positions this next weekend. Luca Bosco, now clearly in crescendo as far as growth is concerned in the gear class, will try to reconfirm himself in terms of performance where, already at 7 Laghi, he had proven to be fast especially in qualifying where he had finished a step away from the top 10 and in the heats with good performances. Bosco will therefore try to make the qualitative leap, certain to make the best of the double Sunday Final, and making up for the previous weekend.
Francesco Pizzi, on the other hand, will try to manage qualifications and heats and then go on to replicate the excellent performances he's shown on Sunday, counting above all the good result of race 1 in Castelletto and the pole position of race two, then shut out of the race for a contact in the first laps.
Both KZ2 drivers are therefore ready to have their say also in view of  the general classification; a result in Siena could indeed be worth a real and proper revival in the most competitive class of the lot.

60 Mini - Varbitzaliev seeks result
In the youngest class, Manetti Motorsport will be represented by Kaloyan Varbitzaliev. The young driver has previously shown that he knows how to adapt to the conditions and shall certainly try to grow in terms of performance. In Siena, Varbitzaliev will try to bring home a good result, thanks also to the first tryout during the collective tests of the previous days.

The weekend will start as usual tomorrow, Friday 7, with the last free practice sessions and official qualifications. All the attention will then be shifted to the on-track match between Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 with heats and a double final, which shall also be broadcast live on TV on AutoMotoTV (Sky channel 148) and in live streaming on the Facebook page of the Italian ACI Karting Championship.
