Top Teams, Manufacturers set for 24th Trofeo Margutti at Lonato

Preparations for the 2013 Trofeo "Andrea Margutti" have already started as just one week's left before the 24th running of one of the most classic races in international kart racing.



The best names of the sport are set to contend the trophies and the overall roster has already reached the stunning 200 mark from 26 nations.
Russia will be present with 24 drivers.


The 2013 edition will be kicking-off on the next 7th of March, with the final day being Sunday, March the 10th, at the South Garda Karting Track of Lonato (Brescia). Parma Karting will be the event's promoter, following in the footsteps of a tradition started back in 1968.


Four classes will be featured on track: 60 Mini, KF Junior, KF and KZ2. . Several top teams will be on-track, paired by the some of the world's best prospects.


Energy Corse take part in the official trophy with his team, will be joined by those of Maranello Kart and Mach 1 Kart. An paddock that promises sparks thanks not only to manufacturers, but also to the satellite teams that crowd the paddock Lombard.


It will be nothing short nourished Patrol pilots brought on track by the Swedish Ward Racing, the Italian Baby Race and Chiesa Corse, the British Ricky Flynn Motorsport Team Komarov from the Russian and the German Motorsport TB.
The program of the 24th Trofeo Andrea Margutti officially kicks off from Friday, March 8 with free practice, in addition to scrutineering. Saturday, March 9 begin the qualifying pm
9:30 and follow the qualifying heats until 17.30 Sunday, March 10 from 10:00 am racing for recovery, while the pre-finals and finals will start from 14.00.
