After the seventh position in qualifying, local boy Danny Keirle (Zanardi-TM) gets on high horse and grabs the pole position with a second position and three wins out of four heats. Behind the Brit there is the reigning world champion Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart-Vortex) who has the same points as the leader: three wins and a second place also for the Spaniard. Third position for the Finn Juho Valtanen (Kosmic-Vortex) followed by David Vidales (Tony Kart-Vortex).
Tom Joyner (Zanardi-Parilla) overturned in the last heat because of a contact with Rasmus Lindh (Exprit-TM) and the accident caused a red flag. Tom is ok, but he has pain to his ribcage and he is at the hospital for a full check.
