The Spanish driver of the CRG works team was unable to recover after suffering a cracked rib in the free practice of the Campillos race in which he took part to alternate in view of the first Continental KZ round in Wackersdorf.
Alguersuari underwent a CT scan in Spain last week which convinced the doctors following him to extend his rest for another 2 weeks. We will therefore see him again on the track on July 4th in the Spanish Championship and afterwards he will prepare with a series of tests for the second round of the European Championship scheduled in Adria.
