According to insisting rumors in the paddock, the next FIA World Motorsport Council that will take place in December is set to approve few changes in 2014 put forward by the manufacturers. The revised KF should adopt a float type carb, Rotax-type clutch and standard valve.
Obviously, the market expects a cost reduction too - and a price-cap should also be included within the FIA decisions.
