The abbreviation that will distinguish BirelArt's new chassis models for the year 2025 will be S18. Based on the experiences of the S16s, they will benefit from the important innovations pioneered by the official team in the last racing season in order to provide customers with performance vehicles that are easy to drive and tune. The House of Lissone has therefore not focused on pyrotechnic solutions, but has preferred to make detailed changes at the level of geometry, materials and some accessories, introducing new details to always have a better product both in terms of quality and performance, confirmed once again by the numerous successes had during the season. In today's karting, in fact, the difference is made by small details: a few degrees, a few tenths of a millimeter thick tube...
All BirelART karts will retain the same homologation number for the new 2025-2027 period having made an extension of homologation. Newly homologated “AERO” and “AERO Mini” model Free Line fairings will then be introduced

NEW FREELINE PARTS
New brake distributor was developed during the 2024 season: makes it easier to adjust the distribution and ensures better operation.
Hubs d.50: The new hubs of the Free Line HQ series have a double fixing screw with a better grip on the axle so as to maintain perfect axiality and avoid displacement
Spindle OK - KZ: The new spindle has a slightly different lever geometry to improve cornering; it also allows for more height adjustment on the frame. It will be the same for both categories with the addition of an aluminum caliper mount for KZ.
AERO fairings: To decrease overhang weights, improve aerodynamic efficiency and to have a new look, new Freeline mod. AERO side fairings, Hom 007-BS-20, have been designed and developed.
