In a short video shared on CRG's social media, Jeremy Iglesias announced his retirement from racing while simultaneously confirming his appointment as the team principal of the CRG racing team.

The decision to promote Iglesias as the head of the CRG racing department was a natural progression for the French driver. He joined CRG three years ago as a driver with the goal of bringing his experience in the KZ category, particularly in terms of technical development, while also considering his post-racing career. This was a topic both parties had already discussed, envisioning a technical-managerial role for the former World Champion. Once the decision to end his racing career was made, his placement within the racing department seemed like an almost inevitable step.
As for Iglesias, he will report directly to the company management and will oversee all international categories, coordinating the technical department while also managing direct relationships and the programs of official drivers. Iglesias will undoubtedly bring his extensive experience to the table, helping to provide CRG with an even more solid managerial structure.
