The Red Bull Junior Team formalizes commitments and talents with Arvid Lindblad ready to debut in Formula 4.
Last season saw the English talent among the absolute protagonists of the FIA Karting season and beyond. Lindblad ended the season one step away from the World Championship dream with a second place finish at Campillos, then relegated to third due to a front spoiler penalty. A result which, judging by the driver's big smile and satisfaction on the podium, crowned a remarkable season with the record of having finished on the podium at every FIA Karting event in 2021.
A note that suggests the great value of the driver chosen by the Red Bull house, who has already been in the limelight in previous years. A path of rapid growth from Junior to Senior, which will soon see Arvid take the umpteenth step forward with the landing in Formula 4.
The Austrian brand has made its talents known in all the cadet series, confirming Lindblad not only as the youngest representative (class of 2007) but also as a member of Frits Van Amersfoort's team, used to excelling and training talents.
In the coming months we will therefore see yet another recent "son of karting" take on the first episode of his single-seater career.
