Renè Lammers: «I want to be consistent and get the best result»

Already in 2020, Renè Lammers had shown his full potential by climbing the rankings, winning races and settling in the top positions. On the first weekend of the new year, at the Adria circuit, Lammers did not disappoint expectations. Fast since the tests, as he himself said, Lammers did his best to place himself in first position overall and win the WSK Champions Cup. 

There are still many races to run and the international season is more and more in the thick of it, will he be the new big name in 60 Mini?

Renè, how did you face the first race of the year?
«I must say that I faced the first race of the year at my best, I was ready and steady to get the best possible result, and we succeeded immediately».

Did you expect to be so competitive?
«Yes, because during the tests in the previous days, I had already shown that I was ready and very fast with the whole package». 

What is your goal for the 2021 season?
«The goal for this season is obviously to win as many races as possible and to be fast weekend after weekend».
