WSK Super Master Series - Preview

- Races
The Super Master Series also starts again for the 2020 season, also in Adria, and with the 60 Mini, OK and OKJ classes.

After the previous weekend dedicated to the Champions Cup, Adria is ready to open its gates again, but this time for round number 1 of the Super Master Series. In addition to the various protagonists already present last weekend, the official OTKs and the new racing team Leclerc Kart also return to the track.

60 Mini - Eyes on the Russians
The new course of the 60 Mini has highlighted a clear generational change that has launched the Russian drivers into high orbit. Focus on Anatoly Khavalkin (Parolin), victorious seven days ago and among the ones-to-watch of the new category. The same goes for compatriot Skulanov (Formula K), Matveev (Energy) and Al Dhaheri (Parolin), who just missed out at the Champions final but ready for the big return.

OKJ - Who beats KR?
The Junior proved to be once again an all-KR affair, especially given the pole position of Badoer (KR) and the victory of Spina (KR), without forgetting Stenshorne (Rosberg Racing) and Ho (Sauber Karting Team), both on the final podium. Among the outsiders, there is a desire for revenge for Ugochukwu (RFM), among the best of the past weekend and then out in the final, the same for the references of the Birel and Energy teams, that is Cristian Bertuca and Robert de Haan. Among the protagonists of the Champions, the official Tony Kart drivers like Pasiewicz among the most experienced, Taponen (Kohtala) and Gubenko (Kosmic), on make their debut.

OK - Everyone against Barnard
Senior seems to be almost identical to the Junior with the KR army the team to beat. In this case, the man of the moment is called Taylor Barnard (Rosberg Racing), in front of everyone for the Champions Cup and on pace from the start. Harry Thompson (Sauber Karting) and Kirill Smal (Energy) are called to redemption after second and third place, the British and Russian, however, will not be the only drivers contending for success. Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR) will want to take the lead of the category after the pole position then ruined by the flu; here, too, expections are high for the official Tony Karts who start their season here with Lorenzo Travisanutto (Tony Kart), Pedro Hiltbrand (Tony Kart) and Luigi Coluccio (Kosmic) among the most awaited for.

Confirmations and first rankings starting tomorrow, Friday, with official qualifying. Heats, pre-finals and finals are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday 2 February.
