The 54th Trofeo delle Industrie at South Garda Karting in Lonato is on track to set an exceptional attendance record.

From November 12 to 15, more than 300 drivers representing 51 countries will compete in this classic international event organized by Parma Motorsport.

The following categories will compete: KZ2, OK-N, OK-NJ, MINI Gr3, and U10, under the new format, which - starting with this edition - includes the introduction of Prefinals, with Prefinals A and B being held to determine the top 36 finalists for each Final.

The Carlo Fabi Memorial Trophy is also up for grabs.

The overall winner will receive the traditional Carlo Fabi Memorial Trophy, awarded to the driver with the best overall result of the weekend. Among the prominent names of the winners in the very long history of the Overall Trophy, following the first winner, Gabriele Gorini, in 1971, the following stand out: Corrado Fabi (1973, 100cc), Ivan Capelli (1978, 100 Cadetti), Stefano Modena (1981, 100 Avenir), Giancarlo Fisichella (1990, 100 Internazionale), and Daniil Kvyat (2008, KF3).

Participation is strong across all categories.

The numbers are impressive in every category, starting with the high turnout in the junior classes - currently with nearly 70 drivers in the MINI Gr.3 U10 and 40 drivers in the MINI Gr.3 - but there are also about 50 drivers in the higher-performance KZ2 class, while participation is also excellent in the federation categories, with the OK-N field totaling about 70 drivers and the OK-N Junior category sold out with 72 drivers.

Many top drivers are set to compete in every category.

In KZ2, the standout entries include the newly crowned Italian champion Daniel Vasile with Maranello Kart and the winner of the last two editions, Cristian Bertuca with the LA Motorsport team.

In the MINI U10 class, we have Jack Wolff with Parolin Motorsport and Johan Berger with BabyRace – both following in their fathers’ footsteps.

In the MINI Gr.3 class, the main favourites include Ryan Di Munno with Team Driver, Theo Steindal with MP Academy Gamoto, David Aagten with Tony Kart, Fadhal Wibowo and Nahyl El Gahoudi with BabyRace.

In OK-N, many are entering with high hopes: Danny Carenini (Zanchi Motorsport), last year’s winner Nicolas Marchesi (Team Driver), Sebastiano Pavan (Pantano by DAM), Michael Barbaro Paparo (IPK), Gioele Carrer (Emme Racing), Federico Rossi (AKM) and Juliusz Ociepa (Novalux).

In OK-NJ, the line-up features the recent winner of the WSK Euro Series in the MINI Gr.3 class, Alfie Richard Mair with Tony Kart, alongside Zane Pace, winner of the WSK Super Master Series; World Cup runner-up Luigi D’Ascoli (Modena Kart); Vsevolod OsadchyiSuslovskyi (Energy Corse); and Platon Kovtunenko (Borsch Racing).
