Kristianstad, Sweden – July 21, 2026

With his batteries recharged following a brief vacation, São Paulo kart driver Dudu Salamonde (Minardi Management powered by DAG / EXA Tecnologia / Vero Coco / DKR / RL Eng. Design / Casa Barô / SOMA Blindados / Team: Parolin Racing / Coach: Gianluca Beggio) is set to begin another important chapter of his European karting season.

Sweden will serve as the Brazilian's home base over the coming weeks, starting with Round 4 of the Champions of the Future before returning to the Swedish circuit from July 30 to August 2 for Round 4 of the FIA Karting European Championship.

Ahead of the official race program, Salamonde completed an intensive testing schedule at Åsum Ring in Kristianstad.
Working closely with his team, the Brazilian used every session to familiarize himself with the circuit's characteristics and fine-tune the kart setup, a crucial step as the championship enters the second half of the season.

As a factory driver for Parolin Racing and a member of Minardi Management powered by DAG, Dudu believes the break was essential to recharge both physically and mentally before returning to competition with renewed motivation.

His focus now is to convert all the preparation into strong on-track performance.
Determined to improve on his earlier results this season, the Brazilian is aiming to take another step forward.
"The track is really good—very technical and very fast. It demands a lot from the driver on every lap. We completed plenty of testing with the team, tried several different setups, and I believe we're heading in the right direction. I hope everyone back home will be cheering for me," said Salamonde.

Beyond the upcoming races, the young Brazilian also sees the second half of the season as an opportunity to continue building his experience in European karting.
Every event provides valuable mileage in one of the world's most competitive racing environments, an essential factor for any driver pursuing an international career.

Dudu also revealed that he expects important news in the coming months for everyone following his journey.
Without disclosing further details, the Brazilian emphasized that he remains fully focused on his development both on and off the track, working every day to take the next steps in his career. He hopes the performances and results achieved throughout the season will create new opportunities.

"Every driver wants to keep improving, and I'm no different. I'm fully committed to making sure I'm prepared for every stage of my career. I know there's still a lot for me to learn, but I work every single day with the goal of becoming better. Hopefully, I'll have some exciting news to share with everyone supporting me," Dudu Salamonde added.

The official schedule for Round 4 of the Champions of the Future begins this Wednesday (July 22), when Dudu Salamonde will take part in five free practice sessions at Åsum Ring.
On Thursday (July 23), he returns to the circuit for qualifying, which will determine the starting grid, followed by two qualifying heats in the OK category.
The remaining heats will be held on Friday (July 24), as the Brazilian aims to secure his place in the decisive phase of the event.

The meeting concludes on Saturday (July 25) with the Super Heat and the Final in Kristianstad.

The decisive races of the Champions of the Future will be streamed live on the championship's official YouTube channel, allowing Brazilian fans to follow Dudu Salamonde's performance live from Sweden.
