Strong balance at the top in both classes: everything will be decided on Sunday

After 21 qualifying heats, the World Championship looks wide open: three drivers tied at the top in both categories, with a couple of high-profile outsiders ready to spring a surprise—unless the rain comes to shuffle the cards. The Superheats will be decisive, with everyone keeping an eye on the weather forecast.
James Anagnostiadis leads the provisional OK Senior standings with 244 points, just 3 ahead of poleman Kelleher. The AMG protégé from Australia scored three heat wins on Saturday, matched by both Kelleher and Ramaekers. However, Ramaekers pays the price in the overall standings for a friday incident, leaving third place provisionally to the Scotsman Drummond, whose consistency and extra year of OK Senior experience could help him chase a world title dream.

At the top of the Junior rankings it’s still Prema leading with Baglin (5 heat wins), closely followed by teammate Hoogendoorn, who has 4. But Prema’s dominance is under threat from American Brown, running just behind together with Purcell, Gorski, and Calleja.

Sunday will start with the Superheats for both categories from 10:00 (17 laps for OK, 13 for OKJ), followed by the Finals.
