As a relatively new thing, in between all the races, CKR had organised SHOW RUNs to be made! This consisted of demonstration runs with very historic vintage karts, which was really a pleassure to see! Winner of the best restored kart was Joost van den Hul from Holland, and best original kart was won by Claus Ohlson!

The Rotary Trophy:
For the podium of this category, the winner had a personally sponsored, original trophy from karting legend, Max Orsini, signed as well. The 2nd and 3rd placed drivers got trophies from Rene and Nikolaj Bollingtoft. All sponsored trophies from these legends, was all from historic races in the past, so very nice, and just an other thing to push this event up into the next level of pure nostalgia! This Rotary Trophy is a celebration of the drivers who does things the right way, as the TOP categories did in the 90s. ( FA / FSA ) The winner was Swedish driver Lucas Borka, 2nd place from Denmark, Dear Schilling, and in 3rd, British driver Tyler Weedon!

The Pre89 Category:
In the Pre89 category we saw, not only a new participant take the win, but also the only 2nd ever female winner, in the shape of Chantal van Haandel. Jurgen Schober from Germany came 2nd, and on 3rd a relative to Chantal, Jan van Haandel!

The Pre95 Category:
Also in this last edition of the race, a former World Champion was racing: Gert
Munkholm was on track at the wheel of his iconic PCR getting the 2nd place in the Pre95 final! On the podium Gert was wearing an original PCR shirt: Pure Nostalgia Moments! The Pre95 finale saw a dominant win by the brit Liam Hamling, and the dane Leif Saaron in 3rd!

The Pre2000 Category:
This year in the Pre2000 main finale, we saw a different winner, as all the favorites had their share of bad luck! For the first time, Michael Engstrøm Christensen took the win, and if Michaels reaction when he crossed the line was anything to go by, it was as big a surprise to him, as to everyone else.. 2nd were Jonas Willadsen, and 3rd Anders Elkjær an all Danish Top3. Pre2000 PLUS had dane Steffen Møller take the win, the Brit Matt Dobson in 2nd and Germany´s Alex Materna in 3rd!
Another thing for the 2025 edition of the Euro Grand Prix, the Promoter CKR had organised a large group of British drivers to join, and they all loved every single bit of it. All of them will be back in 2026, and even more will come. The Euro Grand Prix have truly taken the Brits by storm, and to be honest, with the state of the British 100cc championships in the last couple of years, they truly deserved a great championship event, just like they had in Vojens. Other than the british drivers, as per usual, drivers from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Holland, France, Italy and others was there as well.
Next year the race will still take place in August, but likely towards the end of the month, so as not to interfere with the drivers’ holiday plans, allowing for greater participation. CKR awaits all true 100cc lovers at the Vojens Motorsport Arena, for the unparalelled, premier 100cc Euro Grand Prix event!
