Minardi’s drivers’ racing never stops, not even in August. This weekend we saw them in action in both Sweden and Poland. On the Linköping circuit, in the Swedish Championship, Deven Grabko and Mio Olert took to the track, while in Poland, at the National Championship, Julia Angelard claimed a podium finish that boosts her morale and confidence for the rest of the season.

Deven Grabko – P4 – Swedish Karting Championship, Linköping (Sweden)
It was the second outing of the season in karting for Deven Grabko, this time at the Linköping circuit for the Swedish Championship. A weekend of extremely high-level performances, always among the protagonists and taking nothing but first places in all the heats, culminating in pole position. In the final, however, some contact slowed him down, forcing him to finish in P4 and miss out on victory.
A highly positive training weekend for the American-Swedish driver, consistently fast and competitive. Next up for him is the Nordic Aquila Formula 1000, where Deven will be aiming to turn the speed he showed in karts into a strong result in single-seaters.
Mio Olert – P15 – Swedish Karting Championship, Linköping (Sweden)
A challenging weekend for Mio Olert, also competing in the Swedish Championship at Linköping. The young Swedish talent fought with determination but never managed to find, together with the team, the ideal setup to aim for the front positions. In the final, however, he showed a solid recovery, crossing the line in P15.
Despite the difficulties, Mio will have an immediate opportunity to bounce back in the next event. Regaining the right feeling with the kart will be crucial, and making the most of the experience gained this weekend will be key to getting back to the positions he deserves.
Julia Angelard – Poland Championship, Slomczyn (Poland)

RACE 4: P6
The last driver to hit the track over the weekend, this time in the Polish Championship, was Julia Angelard. It was a demanding weekend, but one she tackled with great determination. After starting off consistently in the top ten, Julia secured two solid P7 finishes in the first two races. In Race 3, her grit was rewarded with a splendid P3, putting her on the podium. The final race, Race 4, saw her finish in P6.
Overall, it was a positive weekend for Julia, especially considering these were “training” races in preparation for the more important events of the season. The P3 finish boosts her morale and confidence, confirming her ability to perform well even in high-level contexts.
