European OK: winning in Viterbo to widen the Gap

With its 1,294 meters of length, the circuit presents a true technical challenge thanks to a well-balanced mix of fast sections and tighter corners, ideal for overtaking.
Recently modernized facilities include a large asphalt-paved paddock, a stylish new building housing a bar-restaurant, a motorsport shop, a fully equipped workshop, and several rooms dedicated to briefings, race officials, media, and meetings — everything needed to host a world-class competition.

OK: a two-way fight or a wider battle?
In the first two rounds of the 2024 FIA Karting European Championship by Mondokart.com, Australian driver James Anagnostiadis claimed victory in Campillos, while Spain’s Christian Costoya triumphed in Portimão. With two different winners in as many races, the Viterbo round could well add a third name to this elite list. Belgian driver Thibaut Ramaekers, currently third in the overall standings, arrives determined and armed with the experience needed to challenge the rising stars of the OK category. With 100 drivers expected on the grid, the battle for victory promises to be fiercely competitive.

OK-Junior: wide open among the young guns
The OK-Junior category, open to drivers aged 12 to 14 and known for surprises and dramatic twists, continues to deliver intense action. Prema Racing has made an immediate impact this season: British driver Noah Baglin won in Spain, followed by his Dutch teammate Dean Hoogendoorn’s success in Portugal. Meanwhile, Forza Racing — with three drivers in the top five of the standings — is still chasing its moment of glory. Canadian talent Ilie Crisan, the standout for the Tony Kart Racing Team, has already proven he has what it takes to reach the podium. With 97 entrants in OK-Junior, the competition is at an incredibly high level, and the Viterbo round promises spectacular duels and unpredictable outcomes.
