It is time for a change for the reigning European Champion, ready to make his debut in the new category.

Anatoly Khavalkin makes his 2023 rehearsals this weekend at the South Garda Karting of Lonato, a track that the Parolin driver rediscovers after some time and that will be the scene of his first new adventure.

The transition from OK Junior to OK Senior is a compulsory stage in the growth path of every driver and after two important years made up of victories, a podium at the first World Championship in 2021 and above all the title of European Champion in 2022, it is time to throw oneself into the pursuit of the next objectives.

The World Championship at Sarno, unfortunately, did not yield the desired results at the end of an unfortunate, but nevertheless well-disputed final with the pole position obtained for the final valid for success.

This weekend, Anatoly will therefore try to familiarise himself with the new category by aiming to go fast and be competitive right from the start. A good way to put into practice all the work he has done with the Parolin team in preparation for this moment.

Official qualifying starting on Friday and the first available heats, followed by Saturday and Sunday with heats, Super Heat and the OK Senior final scheduled for the afternoon.

Updates on the weekend will follow directly on the driver's social channels (Instagram and Facebook).
