European Champion Anatoly Khavalkin will be at Sarno for the OKJ World Championship

A return to the track on the occasion of the last major event of this 2022 where, Anatoly Khavalkin, etched his name in the Hall Of Fame of international karting. The victory of the European title at Franciacorta is still before the eyes of Khavalkin and his team, especially for the way in which the driver was able to build on this great success. 

The World Championship at Sarno represents another important opportunity for Anatoly, who has already been very competitive at Sarno in past races and has adapted quickly to all types of conditions. The aim is to win, as it could not be otherwise, but even before that the objective will be to tackle each session at his best, step by step until the end, the same 'secret' that led to victory in the European Championship just a few months ago. 

Anatoly will start his weekend as always from Friday with official qualifying, which will be followed by the heats on Friday and Saturday. Sunday 18 September will be grand final time with Super Heat and OKJ final race (all visible in streaming on the FIA Karting YouTube channel).
