Vroom Contest Final: Denner Vs Van Walstijn

Since this 2022’s beginning we had indicated Sodi as a possible great protagonist of the 2022 season: the peremptory victory of Van Walstijn in the WSK Super Master Series (and the great performance of Denner, conditioned by a crash in the practice, who had nevertheless obtained the GPV in the race) foreshadowed that for the French Team it would be a year "of grace". However, despite the two rounds victories in the European Championship, Sodi has not yet collected the target "that matters".
The result of our Contest which has left you attentive followers and readers the task of making a prediction on the World Championship also follows what emerged on the track, namely that the Sodi-Tm package this year is the one with the greatest potential and the drivers thank you for the trust placed in them:

Me and Senna both won a round of the European Championship this year so I think it is likely that we will fight for the Worlds. I’m really excited to race in France, in my country but also my teams country, although it’s gonna be my first race in Le Mans. But I feel really confident.»

Surprised, but perhaps not too much, also Senna Van Walstijn: «It's really nice to see that many people voted for me ofcourse and it was a close one this time, after a good year we’ve had so far as a driver but also as a team I’m not completely surprised that people vote for the Sodi Team. As we see a lot of people think that we will have a good chance next week, I think we have indeed we still need to work hard to find the best package but I’m convinced that we will be able to do it! »

The the hard-fought results that saw Viganò and Hiltbrand eliminated in the decisive clashes for very few votes also leave room for the Red Army of Birel Art, first of all with Hiltbrand and his alter ego CL by Lennox as very strong possible candidates for the title: both the Spaniard and Viganò, already winning in KZ2, are drivers who particularly aspire to a World Crown they feel they can take home.
