Round 4 hosted once again by the Dubai Autodrome, this time with a different layout. Camara shows in F4, in the regional it's a runaway for Leclerc.
F4 UAE
Formula 4 crowns a new leader in the four races between Saturday and Sunday. A weekend under the sign of Brazil thanks to the great proof of constancy and maturity of Rafael Camara. The FDA driver did not take long to climb the first hierarchies of the new season within the Prema team, immediately putting the spotlight on himself.
In the first race of the weekend, still dictated by accidents and Safety Car, first success for Camara, firmly in command despite the restarts and first under the chequered flag ahead of Wurz (Prema) and Bedrin (PHM Racing). Same script or almost in race 2 with the internal fight between Camara and Wurz already in the first passages with the Brazilian able to get rid of his partner for the victory. Third Alex Dunne (Hitech GP), still in light after the success of seven days earlier.
Last two races of the weekend still glorious for Prema team, first with Charlie Wurz in a race 3 won by force ahead of Browning (Hitech GP) and Domingues (Xcel Motorsport), and then by Camara's hat-trick in race 4. The Brazilian driver still excellent in the starting stages and in the management of the race pace. Final podium for Day (Xcel Motorsport) and Laursen (Abu Dhabi Racing by Prema).

Formula Regional Asian Championship
Fourth round also for the Formula Regional between farewells and new arrivals in an entry-list led by the usual knowns.
In the first race it was Isack Hadjar (Hitech GP) who took the top step, thanks to a great start. A lightning fast move from second to third place and a show of strength in defending against Paul Aron (Abu Dhabi Racing) were the ingredients for victory. The podium was decided in a photo finish with Aron getting the better of Pepe Marti (Pinnacle Motorsport).
The reversal of the finishing order gave Finnish Patrik Pasma (Evans GP PTY) the joy of his first success in the series. In Race 2 it was the Finn who got the better of Italian Braschi (3Y Technology) and Jack Crawford (Abu Dhabi Racing) after the initial fight. Third place for the American ahead of FDA home rookie Oliver Bearman.
Fundamental victory in Race 3 for Arthur Leclerc (Mumbai Falcons Limited). With the success snatched from Paul Aron (Abu Dhabi Racing), second at the finish, the Monegasque comes closer to the overall victory. Third place for Pepe Marti, the only one still mathematically contending the success to his rival.
For the Formula Regional and F4 the next round in Abu Dhabi (this weekend) will be decisive to award the first titles of the year.
