The weekend of the 2021 Open Cup ended with a comeback for Mark Kastelic.
The double race in the new OK category allowed Mark to further improve his performance and get even more in tune with such a competitive category.
The weekend at Adria was certainly not easy, but the Forza Racing driver did his best right from Friday's qualifying session. In the three available heats, Mark had to recover positions to return to the group of the best, closing with a P14, P12 and P11 always on the rise.
The final was no less impressive for Mark who, despite starting from the bottom, was able to recover eight positions and finish in P19.
Mark Kastelic: "I'd like to thank Forza Racing for this weekend, I've learned a lot and hope to do better and better. I wish the drivers involved in the frightening accident a speedy return to the track".
