KZ World Championship, Anthony Abbasse back on track

- Races
The two-time World Vice-Champion will be at the starting blocks of the next World Championship in Sweden (Kristianstad).

The appointment with the new chapter of the FIA Karting World Championship is approaching and the paddock is starting to warm up with the great expectation before the official start. After the announcement in the previous days of Bas Lammers back on track, here is another protagonist ready to return to the most important stage.

Anthony Abbasse will be back at the wheel in a few weeks as a Sodi Kart driver. This is a welcome return for everyone involved and will further enhance the entry list for Kristianstad 2021.

The Frenchman had bid farewell to racing to devote himself entirely to the management of his own sporting facility. A choice that Abbasse had made after his years as a protagonist with the recent two second places in the World Championship, a third place in the European Championship and the triumphs in America and the Winter Cup among the last races held.

A farewell to racing, however, that Abbasse had never considered definitive, continuing to train without losing the feeling that for years has brought him to fight in the most important weekends. Yesterday's social announcement, welcomed and celebrated by friends and rivals in the best way, waiting to see him again on the starting grid in the race that has represented him the most in recent years.

Anthony Abbasse: "Hey! Back to the seat in the KZ World Championship in Sweden. It's time to come back just for passion".
