Formula Regional EU by Alpine puts on a show in Montecarlo

- From Kart to F1
This past weekend, all of the Formula Regional by Alpine drivers got a taste of what it means to race in Monte Carlo.

Speeding through the small streets of Monaco is not only part of the most glamorous weekend of the year, but it is in close contact with the legend. Racing on legendary curves such as those of Monte Carlo gave an important adrenaline rush to all the drivers present on the track, especially the former karters making their debut in the category and on the circuit.

The weekend was not easy to read both for the weather conditions and above all for the much traffic on the track which, if in qualifying it was solved by the two separate groups (in kart format), during the race animated the race. In race two there was even a spectacular rollover on the climb after turn 1, without major consequences.

After Race 1 it was the turn of the R-ACE Gp duo to bring home the double with Isack Hadjar, absolute rookie, ahead of Zane Maloney, third place for the World Karting Champion Paul Aron. Fourth and fifth place for Hadrien David and Patrik Pasma. Excellent top tens for David Vidales (seventh), Mari Boya (ninth) and Gabriele Minì (tenth).
In the second and final race of the weekend, a hat-trick for R-ACE GP, this time led by Maloney in front of Hadjar and Hadrien David, up from race 1. Fourth Alex Quinn, fifth Patrick Pasma, top ten again for Vidales (sixth), Thomas Ten Brinke (seventh), Boya (eighth), Andrea Rosso (ninth) and Minì (tenth).

Next appointment scheduled for this week on the French circuit of Paul Ricard
