Christian Costoya: «I’m facing this season with great enthusiasm, I’m doing my best to become stronger»

Costoya made himself a protagonist in the last race carried out on the circuit of Muro Leccese (La Conca), managing to win in a special way with only +0.009sec advantage on the second position. A real cycling-style wheel that has rewarded the great commitment of the Spanish rider, grown race after race and increasingly in the synergies of a category that, historically, changes almost every weekend its cards on the table.

After his victory, Costoya said to our microphones that he had never seen La Conca before his win, proving himself to be a driver who can adapt in a short space of time!

 

Christian you won at La Conca! Did you expect to be so competitive in 60 Mini?
«The Conca circuit for me was unknown, I did not know this circuit, but I adapt very quickly to the circuits and new conditions, that is why I hoped that as the days went by the adaptation would be perfect and to be able to reach the Final with options».



How are you coping with this new course and which characteristics are you concentrating on to grow?
«This season I am facing it with great enthusiasm, I am in a good moment of form and the relationship and adaptation with our new Parolin team is extraordinary. I'm trying to learn all the tricks in this category as quickly as possible, I have to perfect the Qualifying Practic a bit, but every day I get stronger».

What do you think about the next races, will it still be a great fight with the same protagonists?
«The next races of both Sarno and Lonato I hope to be competitive, our team works very well and I already know those circuits, in Sarno the circuit underwent a small modification but I hope to adapt quickly».
