RMCIT, Portimao - Heats: Intermediate

The first scheduled eliminatory heats have been completed at Portimao.

In the rain that fell on the Algarve International Circuit, the drivers fought hard for a place in the finals scheduled for Sunday. Let's see what happened in the first part of today's heats.

Micro MAX - Christopher Feghali (DHR) is the best in the overall standings, followed by the Polish Juliusz Ociepa (Krk Racing) and the Dutchman Max Sadurski.

Mini MAX - Britain's Jeff - Hall Ethan (Strawberry Racing) was the fastest in the heats today, with Harry Hannam (DHR) second and the Belgian Thomas Strauven (Strawberry Racing) third.

Junior MAX - William Macintyre (KR Sport) is the best placed in junior, followed by Milan Loven Rytter (RS Competition) and Aaron Walker (Strawberry Racing) second. Third Freddie Spindlow (KR Sport).

Senior MAX - Three English drivers also dominated the heats today. First Louie Westover, followed by Morgan Porter (Argenti Motorsport) second and Clayton Ravenscroft third.

DD2/DD2 Master - The Belgian Xander Przybylak (Bouvin Power) and Grube Henrijs (Team Victoria) were the fastest in DD2 and DD2 Master respectively.

Tomorrow will see the conclusion of the heats in the morning before moving into the prefinals in the afternoon.
