During the weekend of the historic Margutti Trophy 2020, Luca Bosco returns to the KZ2 podium!
A seasonal event well-honored by the young Luca Bosco in full battle for victory from the beginning to the end of the now international-level event.
During Friday's qualifying, Bosco immediately showed great speed on a circuit that was particularly congenial to him. Fifth overall time in 46.740, a valid time that enabled him to aspire to gain positions during the double heat of the following day.

In fact, in the direct clashes, the Manetti Motorsport driver did not lose his great pace, managing to end both direct clashes in P5, amply demonstrating his consistency at the top of the general classification.
The big leap in quality for Luca Bosco then took place on Sunday with the last act of the Margutti Trophy weekend. In the pre-final, Luca immediately managed to recover a position, securing the fourth starting place for the final. In the weekend's last chapter, Bosco did a good job through the chaotic start of KZ2, managed his race pace in the best possible way, so much so that he earned his P3 while driving at the highest level.

Bosco thus turns the page on a Margutti Trophy that smells of redemption after all the efforts made by the young driver, especially in adapting to the new vehicle, namely the Charles Leclerc by Lennox Racing, and the return to high-level races such as the European and World Championships. A test of maturity successfully passed that projects Bosco to an even more interesting 2021, always under the watchful eyes of Alessandro Manetti, a predominant figure in the driver's career.

Luca Bosco: “I'm extremely satisfied, even if there's a bitter aftertaste as there was truly little to the win ... after the comeback from sixth to first especially, it was a good hard-fought race. After the tests carried out the week before the race and the chassis and engine tuning tests, we knew we could be competitive and the lap times gave me hope. During the season I've prepared myself physically very much and continue to do so; I can say that I feel very good on the kart.”
“I've finally found the right confidence at the start (which this year was my weak point) and, above all, I've found a very good race pace again. It's been a very complicated year, and I thank the people who've helped me and allowed me to race. In 2021 I want to aim high.”
