The OK and OKJ European Champion comes to an end on the Wackersdorf kart track. Andrea Kimi Antonelli wins the race and OK title, victory for Lindblad in OKJ, Ugo Ugochukwu is the new Champion.

OK - Antonelli, you are the Champion!
The Senior's weekend ends with Italian Anthem on the top step of the podium. Andrea Kimi Antonelli is the new European Champion after Lorenzo Travisanutto with a triumphal ride that saw him first from start to finish. The Italian did not do anything wrong in the Wackersdorf race, confirming the starting pole position and managing the advantage over the competition. Antonelli therefore graduated as Champion proving to be even more one of the most interesting names for the future of Italian motorsport, continuing with the positive streak that started last season. Eight tenths of a second for Rafael Camara (Forza Racing), second at the end of the race after a champion progression for the entire duration of the German event. The Brazilian Vice-World Champion finishes on the podium in front of Taylor Barnard (Rosberg Racing), third and out of the fight for the European Title despite the great comeback, by just two points. The Englishman subsequently had to say goodbye to the podium too due to the 5sec penalty for positioning the spoiler, all to the advantage of Marcus Amand (VDK) promoted to bronze medal. Top five closed by Luigi Coluccio (Kosmic) and Valtanen, sixth Barnard with the penalty.

OKJ - Lindblad wins the race, Ugochukwu the title
On the Sunday of the Junior, show offered by all the protagonists expected since the eve. After qualifying and the heats, Ugo Ugochukwu and Arvid Lindblad extended their battle also in the race with the American forced to give up the first place in the race to the Englishman after four laps, remaining at a safe distance. Lindblad did everything he could to worry his rival, triumphing by more than a second but not enough to win the European Champion title, mathematically awarded to Ugockuwu, second on the finish line with a 5-point lead. The American thanks the Sarno stage, crucial for the victory with the Sauber colors. Third place for Harley Keeble (Tony Kart), new entry on the podium, fourth Sonny Smith (Pantano) and fifth Karol Pasiewicz (Tony Kart).

FIA Karting makes an appointment at the World Championship in Portimao (Portugal) for the OK and OKJ categories.
