FIA Karting European Championship - Wackersdorf awards the Title

- Races
The weekend will award the title of OK and OKJ European Champion at the Wackersdorf circuit (GER).

After the first two stages of Zuera and Sarno, everything is still open in the Direct Drive classes for the assignment of the Championship.

OK
In Senior, the man to beat still seems to be Taylor Barnard (Rosberg Racing), winner in Sarno and leader with 65 points. Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR) will certainly go hunting for the Englishman with 58 total points and the certainty of having what it takes to replicate Zuera's success as well as the good results of the home stage. Behind the suspicious pair for the final victory is Nikita Bedrin (Ward Racing), currently third with 40 points and ready to redeem. Turney (Tony Kart) and Van Hoepen (Lennox Racing) do not hold back by covering the top five of the overall standings. Great expectations also for the first official release of the reigning World and European Champion, Lorenzo Travisanutto, with the Parolin colors.

OKJ
Even more open games in Junior with the American Ugo Ugochukwu (KR) leader of the classification with 55 points, not far from the winner of the first stage and once again fighting for the title after 2019, Tuukka Taponen (Tony Kart). Eyes also on Arvid Lindblad, used to last minute comebacks and struggling with 44 lengths to his credit. Rinicella (Parolin) and Slater (RFM) follow in the top five.

Appointment starting tomorrow with the official qualifying, to follow the program of the heats on Saturday 12 September and the finals on 13 September.
