The weekend of Sarno doesn't smile on Maciej Gladysz

- Races
The Polish driver was busy during the weekend on the Naples International Circuit for the Italian Championship.

Maciej Gladysz continues his season in 60 Mini with the ride towards the fight for the title of Italian Champion. The Polish driver also completed the second round scheduled with great competitiveness and a desire to fight. During the official qualifying, the Parolin driver had a very convincing start, managing to gain the fifth position overall with the best time in 1: 06.110, second for group B.

Maciej then faced the two heats recovering as much as possible and finishing with a great P4 and P8, valid for the eighth starting place for the first race scheduled. On Sunday, unfortunately, he did not smile at the Pole, who was a victim in both races of contacts in the very early stages that compromised what would have been a good recovery of positions. In the first final race, one of the competitors drove over Maciej and his kart.

He did not manage to finish this race beacuse the damage was so big that the team had to replace kart for the second finale. In the second final after a good start, two competitors had a collision in front of Maciej, and to avoid a collision, he fell off the track. The Parolin driver managed to get back to the competition, but it was very difficult to catch up with the lead and finally he took 27th place. Despite a final DNF and P27, the weekend once again proved to live up to expectations and still valid to be able to fight for the Championship.

“Thanks to my team for this weekend, MA Engines and of course my mechanic Biniu”.
