The American driver gets a top ten in the first round of the WSK Euro Series on the Sarno circuit.
After the stages of Adria, Kai Sorensen immediately returned to the track landing on the winding curves of Sarno in southern Italy. A positive weekend for the Tony Kart driver who continues to work at best with the team continuing his growth in the 60 Mini category.
During the official qualifying, Sorensen had shown a good speed managing to get the fourth place of the group B. In the heats between Friday and Saturday, Kai then fought not without effort getting a P13, P4, P5 and P11, useful to start from the box number eight for pre-final B.
In the Prefinal, Sorensen then managed to get two positions ahead of the start by finishing in sixth place. In the 60 Mini final, the driver was fighting for the top five positions throughout the first part of the race, finishing in tenth place overall.
"Many thanks to my team for the whole weekend's work, my mechanic Bob and of course our engineer. We are working to get better and better results."
