Xander Przybylak was the dominator in DD2 class in the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy Winter Cup in Campillos.
In Spain, despite the strong attacks from his opponents, the Belgian did no wrong throughout the entire weekend. Przybylak set the overall fastest lap and beat both Nicolas Picot and Luca Munaretto. The French driver from Daems Racing and the Italian from 54 Squadra Corse closed respectively with 2 and 4 penalty points against the “0” by the Bouvin Power driver.
On Sunday, Przybylak took home victories in both the races, which allowed him to close 1st in the overall result. In short: a perfect weekend.
«I knew I was fast but didn’t expect I was so much faster then everyone else,” Przybylak told Vroom. “I was the only one with 0 penalty points at the end of the heat and this was very encouraging for me.” “The first final was a bit difficult in the first laps because Picot overtook me… yeah, it was a great fight. But after 7 laps, I drove away from him and won the first final, same as in the second but without fighting in the first phase. I feel good and I’m confident for the rest of the season. I think I have a good chance to win some races and I also hope to win the championship.”
