RMC Winter Cup - Campillos, Friday Report

The Rotax MAX Winter Cup has officially started today with the Qualifying Practices at the Circuito Karting Campillos.

In Spain with a good weather all the categories involved in the competition has completed their sessions. 

Scott Marsh (DHR) took the pole position in Micro MAX, followed by the Finnish Rasmus Koskinen (JTL) and the Japanese Endo Arata from DAEMS motorsport. 4th and 5th place for Karel Statu (PG) and Mateja Radenkovic (Bouvin).

Tim Gerhards (SP Motorsport) and Oli Pylka (DHR) were the fastest drivers in Junior MAX, while the rookie Dean Macdonald (Strawberry), Juho Valtanen (SP Motorsport) and Tom Edmunds (KR Motorsport) took the fastest lap in their qualifying group valid for Senior MX.

The Belgian Xander Przybylak (Bouvin) took the pole position in DD2, ahead of Silas Rytter from RS Competition and the 2019 Rotax MAX International Trophy winner Luca Munaretto (54 Squadra Corse). The Polish Slawomir Muranski (46Team) will start from pole in DD2 Masters.

Tomorrow will be all dedicated to the Heats.
