The OK adventure started well for Laurens van Hoepen in Ampfing in the DKM last act.

Laurens van Hoepen made his first appearance in OK in the Deutsche Kart Meisterschaft round finale in Ampfing.
Van Hoepen’s adventure started with the 8th position in Qualifying Practice 1, the 17th in the Qualifying merge. The Dutchman improved after the Heats in which he took the 9th position overall.
In Race 1 a contact prevented him to gain a top10 result, forcing him to P12. The Race 2 was better and he ended in 7th position.
Laurens van Hoepen RFM (FA/Vortex): «It’s been a good way to start my adventure in Senior. I’m happy with the results and mostly for the feeling I have with the more powerful engine. It’s now the time to come back in Italy to prepare the last part of the WSK season.»
Next week van Hoepen will be in Lonato for the WSK Open Cup.
