Van Hoepen ready to debut in OK in Germany

After reaching the top10 at the FIA Karting OKJ World Championship, Laurens van Hoepen is ready to debut in OK at the DKM round finale in Ampfing. 

The Ricky Flynn Motorsport driver already tested the OK engine in Castelletto and in Ampfing itself. The Dutchman already showed a good pace and he admits he really enjoyed the more powerful 125cc engine. 

Laurens van Hoepen, RFM (FA/Vortex): «I really can’t wait to start the activities with the OK engine. In my first test days I enjoyed the new engine and I think I've already found a good feeling with that. It’s a completely different driving style and Ampfing's a very technical track; surely this race will help me a lot.» 

The event will officially start tomorrow with the Official Free Practices. On Saturday morning, the Qualifying Practices will start followed by the Heats in the afternoon. The Finals take place on Sunday.
