From August 20 to 24 the Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy will be held in Le Mans.
To support the growing success of its many RMC competitions and the expectations of the competitors, Rotax wanted to create a new international event in addition to their flagship Grand Finals.
The Rotax MAX Challenge International Trophy aims to become one of the two biggest Rotax events in the world. Unlike the RMCGF, the RMCIT is an open race that gives drivers and teams the opportunity to compete using their own choice of equipment. To support the younger classes, new Rotax engines will be supplied with the lottery system for the Micro MAX & Mini MAX.
PRIZES – There are fantastic prizes on the line at the RMC International Trophy 2019! Not only do the class champions in Juniors, Seniors, Rotax DD2 and DD2 Masters receive their personal invitation to the 20th Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals 2019, but the Micro MAX & Mini MAX champions will be riding away on their very own Can Am DS 90 off-road vehicle from the amazing BRP-Rotax range + the runner-up in all categories wins a brand new Rotax MAX engine and 3rd-placed drivers will have a Rotax spare parts voucher to spend worth €1000 (inc. Le Mans Karting International, Route du Chemin aux Bœufs, Le Mans, France
Circuit info – www.lemansdriver.fr/karting/accueil.html
A truly legendary circuit of the years 1970-1990, the Alain Prost Circuit can boast seeing the future stars of motorsport in their youth having raced there. The ACO decided to reconnect with a glorious past with the creation of the Le Mans Karting International circuit in 2013, a 1,384m track that meets the current FIA safety standards with a state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Fast, spectacular and technical, the Le Mans Karting International circuit has the particularity of running anticlockwise, an additional physical challenge for the drivers. The new layout and organisation of the ACO Karting Sports Association has already hosted 24-hour karting races and many regional, national and international events.
Convinced of the quality of the Le Mans International kart circuit, 3MK Events, in collaboration with BRP-Rotax, is preparing to welcome more than 350 drivers from around the world to Le Mans. The village of partners and organisers is the essential meeting point for all enthusiasts as the nerve centre of the event.
