Good start for Baby Race driver Tom Braeken in the WSK Champions Cup.

Tom Braeken's adventure in the WSK Promotion competitions began positively.

The Belgian, at his first experiences in Italy and on the Adria track, managed to hit the target set at the beginning of the week, ie qualifying for the Final.

The Baby Race driver, then, finished the event in 23rd position, recovering 4 positions compared to the start.

For the Belgian driver the weekend had started positively with a 6th place in his qualifying group, which then became 18th overall.

At the end of the 5 heats disputed, Braeken managed to recover two positions, placing himself in 16th place, which earned him 4th row for Prefinal B.

An unfortunate Pre-final, alas, saw him drop to P14, which meant P27 on the starting grid of the Final. Thanks to a brilliant performance, however, Braeken managed to improve, finishing 23rd on the finish line.

Tom Braeken: «It was a very productive weekend from the point of view of experience. Together with the Baby Race team we managed to make great progress on a track I was racing on for the first time. There's a bit of regret for the Prefinal, but then we redeemed ourselves in the Final. I want to say thanks to the team and my mechanic for the amazing job we did together».

Just enough time to gather one's thoughts and Tom Braeken will be back on track this weekend to compete in the first round of the WSK Super Master Series again on the Adria track.
