Tom Braeken is ready for the first race of 2019.
Tom Braeken is ready to start his first complete racing season in Italy with the WSK Champions Cup in Adria.
The Belgian driver will be on the starting grid of the 60 Mini class with the Baby Race team, under the supervision of expert coach Rick Dreezen, who will supervise the young driver on his path of competitive and personal growth in Italy.
For Braeken, the WSK Champions Cup represents his first race, after last week's tests, at the Adria Karting Raceway, and the goal will be to get familiar with the 1,302m track and the rivals with whom he will be competing for the entire season.
Tom Braeken: «The long awaited moment is finally here. I'm really looking forward to starting my first full season in Italy. I already know it won't be easy, but I'm confident as I have a great team like Baby Race and a very experienced coach like Rick Dreezen.»
The event starts today with Free Practice; on Friday, there's Qualifying Practice and the first Heats, which end on Saturday. On Sunday, finally, the moment of truth with Pre- finals and Finals.
You can follow Tom Braeken's race via live timing and, on Sunday, through live streaming on www.wskarting.it.
