Sodi W Finals 2018 - Preview

The 1,200 meter track, former host of the WSK series among other major races, will host the event in 3 full days of racing and entertainment for the biggest rental karting event in the world! We expect a new track for world titles in 2018. The location is purely surprising, with the best facilities to accommodate the 300 best rental drivers in the world and their friends and families. We will also enjoy the sea and the wonderful city of Venice, which will be pleasant at this time of year.

After a season with over 4,500 SWS races on 5 continents, where thousands of drivers and teams competed; only the best competitors will be present at the final weekend. Each participant was selected based on their performance, as defined by the SWS regulation.

Everything is ready for the weekend in Lignano, karting on track starting tomorrow with free practice, qualifying and heats for Sprint and Junior. The competition will then extend on Friday with the remaining heats for the categories called in precendeze and the start of the weekend endurance with free practice, qualifying and the start of the race at 22.00 Italian time.

Grand finale on Sunday with the conclusion of the 12h endurance and the final Junior and Sprint.
