The European Championship is over for Anthony Abbasse

The KZ Vice World champion will not race in Sweden because of the accident in Oviedo.

He is here in Le Mans, his homecountry, to follow and help his teammates in KZ2. Anthony Abbasse, after the crash at turn 6 in Oviedo during the third round of the CIK-FIA KZ European Championship, suffered a serious injury to his right shoulder.

Dislocated shoulder with a broken ligament and a bent bone, that's his medical update after the surgical operation performed on him last Monday. From two to three months minimum as recovery time and his participation to the KZ World Championship in Wackerdorf is no longer sure.

"I'm doing my best to recover: one hour of physioterapy each day and soon I'll do double session, one in the morning and another one in the afternoon."
