FFSA presented the new 2017 French Junior Karting Championship

- News and Previews
Remembering the old Championnat de France FFSA Formule Kart, here is the new national championship for young talents.

Following the incredible success of French karters during 2016, FFSA launched the new French Junior Karting Championship that attracted more than twenty drivers from several categories (OK Junior, Minime and Cadet) aged between 12 and 15. Drivers will use the same technical configuration of the CIK-FIA Academy Trophy: Exprit chassis and Vortex DDJ engine with a different carburator for a given prize of 16.500 € which includes the technical supervision during races. Moreover drivers can improve their physical and mental abilities and their eating abits at the National Center of Expertize and Physical Preparation.

A great opportunity to match national competition with the international perspective: the CIK-FIA OK Junior Championship and two entries for the CIK-FIA Academy Trophy are up for grabs, and the first three classified will be included in the FFSA Equipe de France.
