Registration Now Open for the 2016 United States Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Nationals

Heading to the West Coast for the 2016 Sofina Foods United States Rotax MAX Challenge (USRMC) Grand Nationals Presented by Fikse Wheels, registration for the pinnacle Rotax event is the US is now open. Taking place at the premier Simraceway Performance Karting Center in Sonoma, California August 3-6, 2016, seven Rotax MAX Challenge champions will be crowned with tickets to the 2016 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals (RMCGF) also on the line.

“The facility is amazing,” explains MAXSpeed Entertainment’s Sales & Marketing Manager Andrew Campbell. “Simraceway Performance Karting Center will be the perfect host for this year’s Grand Nationals. The Somoma Valley is also a great destination, with lots of great dining options and area attractions. I can’t wait to get out there for this year’s Grand Nationals.”

USRMC drivers who have competed in one (1) Rotax MAX Challenge event in 2016 will be eligible to compete at the Grand Nationals. This includes all local and regional RMCs, the Florida Winter Tour, Rotax Challenge of the Americas and the US Open. The race format will be championship style, consisting of qualifying, super pole, three heat races, prefinal and final. Seven United States Rotax MAX Challenge Grand National Champions will be crowned Saturday, August 6 in Sonoma, with all receiving the coveted RMCGF tickets for Team USA, and an additional ticket awarded to the Mini MAX Vice-Champion.
