The success of the German karting show continues, the Internationale KartMesse in Offenbach on the Meno, now at its 24th edition of this weekend, 16-17th January.
Snow on Sunday in this area of Germany only partly stopped the consistent number of spectators, karters and those involved from being present, and thus repeating the same success of the previous edition.
The material on show in the 8 pavilions (covering 10,000 square metres of exhibition) as usual ranger over anything that is concerned with karting, starting from the brand new OK engines, but however giving lots of room to electric karts, going on to racing and rental areas with all the latest innovations and the various accessories, tools and components including sportswear that karting fans could buy on the spot at special prices. These too are things that not only help the German economic situation, undoubtedly more booming, but also keep the love of karting alive and allow for the presence of more entries. It was also the right occasion not just for awarding the national Adac (German Federation) champions but also for presenting schedules for the various races of several new championships and series events.
On the next issue of Vroom you can find out about all the innovations presented with lots of pictures of the event.
