- News and Previews
Press Release by:
Nine will be the drivers who will defend the "Green" Tony Kart colour in the most important kart competitions of 2016.

We are pleased to announce the names of the drivers who will race in the upcoming season in the colours of our Racing Team.

It will be the three-time-World-Champion driver Marco Ardigò to play the role of standard-bearer of a lineup which solidity makes one of its strengths, with eight drivers out of seven who already know well the Racing Team.

Marco, three times World Champion, will be engaged in the top class of karting, the KZ. Marcus Armstrong from New Zealand, after the excellent performance shown in KF fulfils the challenging passage in the shifter class.

Also in the category with the gear, the KZ2, we will have two solid confirmations, the Italian Luca Corberi and Alessio Piccini, the second one will take part to the most prestigious competitions.

In the new OK category, the reference point for the two young drivers Clément Novalak and JB Simmenauer, will be the fast and expert Nicklas Nielsen. Even these last three are familiar with the Racing Team, but Novalak (Vice World Champion for KF class) and Simmenauer will change the racing category, coming both from Junior class.

In the class reserved for Junior drivers, the OKJ, the attested Charles Milesi will be supported by the young Italian driver Leonardo Marseglia, from the Mini category.

The race program of the Racing Team includes all CIK-FIA competitions, several WSK Series trophies, the Winter Cup and some competitions of the German Championship.

Our drivers will run with formidable chassis, such as Racer 401 and Krypton 801, powered with Vortex engines, RKZ, DDJ and DDS, recently homologated.
