Front row for Basz and Nielsen in KF prefinal at La Conca

- Races
Polish driver Karol Basz (Kosmic/Vortex) will start the World Championship prefinal from pole position.

With three wins and a 3rd in the heats, the official Kosmic Racing driver has beaten Dane Nicklas Nielsen (Tony Kart/Vortex) for the prefinal pole. Nielsen, also with three heat wins but with a 4th place in the remaining, was deprived of the pole in the very last heat when Basz grabbed his final win.
In second row, Ben Hanley (Mad Croc/Tm) after a very consistent run with one win and three 2nd places will be sided by Martijn van Leeuwen (Crg/Tm) with one win, two 2nd and one 3rd place.
Joyner (Zanardi/Tm) also with one win will start from row 3 sided by Verschoor (Exprit/Vortex), while Hitlbrand (Crg/Parilla) despite one win, a 2nd and a 3rd will have to start from 10th due to a bad result in the last heat.

Out of the top-28, the last chance to qualify for the final stages will see Benjamin Lessennes, brilliant protagonist in the first part of the season, and for veterans Arnaud Kozlinski and Nikolaj Bollingtoft, back in competitive racing after his last season in 2008, having to go through the Second Chance Heat.
