With a total prize for the inaugural season of the Cold Stone US Open series in excess of $200,000, MAXSpeed Entertainment announced an additional ticket for the 2016 Rotax Grand Finals.
The race winner in Rotax DD2 MAX Masters will join the Rotax Junior MAX, Senior MAX, and DD2 MAX victors in receiving the first tickets awarded for the 2016 edition of the “Olympics of Karting.”
“We are happy to announce that Rotax has added an additional DD2 MAX Masters seat for the US Open of Las Vegas,” explains Garett Potter, MAXSpeed Entertainment’s Director of Race Promotions. “We already have a fairly stout line-up of DD2 Masters drivers registered for Las Vegas; this is really going to up the ante and I expect now the class entries to be very high!”
“I would like to thank Rotax-BRP for the continued support of MAXSpeed Entertainment and the Cold Stone US Open program,” adds MAXSpeed Group President Richard Boisclair. “Providing another ticket for the US Open of Las Vegas round proves we have built a solid and successful formula in the US Open series.”
Valued at approximately $8,000 per class, Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals tickets include new chassis & engine, kart stand, fuel, three sets of tires, complete set of mechanics tools and XPS products.
Online registration continues at www.MAXSpeedEntertainment.com now through 11:59pm EDT October 2, 2015. Registration will also be available trackside, however a $250 late fee will be assessed.
