CRG Racing Team is all set to get on track at the circuit of Le Mans in France. In total CRG has secured eleven world titles so far, the latest success for CRG was obtained by Verstappen in 2013.
CRG to be the most present brand with 30 chassis on track in Le Mans. The most important appointment of the year is approaching fast as this coming weekend one of the most famous venues for motorsport, Le Mans, will house the KZ World Championship and the International Super Cup KZ2. CRG is heading to France in force, with all the drivers of the Racing Team and with top class technical material. The objective of a prestigious outfit like CRG is only one: victory!
CRG, LATEST WIN WITH VERSTAPPEN
CRG has historically a very good prize list in the two shifter categories, the most powerful in karting, featuring 11 world titles summing World Championships and CIK-FIA World Cups: the first success was obtained by Gabriele Tarquini back in 1984 at the time of the switch from Kalì-Kart to CRG, while the most recent one was won by the latest big talent produced by the world of karting, Max Verstappen, who has been the excellent winner of the KZ World Championship 2013 in Varennes.
CRG DRIVERS FOR KZ IN LE MANS
KZ. CRG team will employ its chassis and the latest generation of Maxter engines and this equipment will be operated by Simo Puhakka, Paolo De Conto and by the several times winner Davide Forè in KZ.
The two very strong brothers Pex, Jorrit and Stan will also be present with CRG through their team Pex Racing (the latter in KZ2), as they decided to come back to CRG to give their best shot to this important round. 2014 European Champion Andrea Dalè and the Frenchmen Julien Deharte and Sergio Durante will also compete in KZ on CRG chassis.
CRG WITH A STRONG LOT ALSO IN KZ2
KZ2. CRG works team for KZ2 will feature the European Vice-Champion of the category Pedro Hiltbrand, Felice Tiene, the 2011 European Champion Fabian Federer, the Japanese Fuma Horio, Fabrizio Rosati, the new entry Matteo Zanchi and the Swiss André Reinhard.
A lot of drivers will also make it to the track with their teams on CRG chassis. In total, CRG will have 23 chassis on track in KZ2 out of the 101 entered ones, which basically means that a quarter of drivers will be competing on CRG.
Among the quickest drivers, the German Maik Siebecke of team SRP Racing, the Swede Benjamin Tornqvist of CRG Holland, the Dutch drivers Martijn Van Leeuwen and Dylan Davies of CRG Keijzer Racing, the latter is the recent winner in the German Championship at Oschersleben and Paolo Ippolito of team Modena Kart who got on the podium of the last round of the Italian Championship held in Siena.
CRG THE MOST PRESENT BRAND WITH 30 DRIVERS
CRG will be the most present brand also in this edition of the KZ World Championship and International Super Cup KZ2. In total 30 drivers will in fact compete on CRG chassis, 7 in KZ and 23 in KZ2, that is 22% of the 137 entered drivers (36 in KZ and 101 in KZ2).
