Tony Kart Junior Team’s adventure in WSK Euro Series begun favourably. The team, led by Paul Spencer, got its debut on the occasion of the important WSK European Championship gaining a successful podium thanks to Guilherme Silva, second place in KF2 category.
Always in KF2 category, class in which the team obtained the Euro Cup title, Luke Varley behaved very well, too. The new entry of the Tony Kart Junior Team was always on top but he was penalized (3˝ of penalty) for not having respected the starting procedure in the final, where he was in the second line.
Our technical material, in this case Tony Kart powered by the new Vortex RAD, excellently expressed all his potential, allowing the team to better work, both on a wet track as it was on Friday, and on a dry one.
Lock e Butcher hardly raced the heat, even though both drivers were at all time competitive, they could not participate in the fight for the podium, as they actually deserved, due to a few accidents.
In KF3 Armand Philo Paz continued his training on the field without mistakes and his results were in fact positive. Moreover, thanks to the Tony Kart Junior Team staff huge experience, during the next competitions he will have the opportunity to obtain further and important progresses.

“I am glad we could see Silva at his best, Guilharme grew with us in KF3 class and last year he was already a winner.
We have new English drivers such as Varley and Butcher, besides our Chris Lock who has been working working with us since the last season, and they are all proving a great potential that makes me feel positive for our future. Armand (Philo) in KF3 category improves race after race and increasing his experience he will do even better. We don’t have to forget that this is his first year here in Europe.
Technical material is brilliant, and confirmed its high competitivenes here, too, and I am sure that during the next competitions the drivers who were not at top, they will certainly be.”
