Ollie Millroy will make his first appearance of the season in next Friday’s BP Ultimate 102 unleaded Celebrity Kart Challenge at Autosport International in
The Claygate teenager who became the only British driver to win a BMW Scholarship this season, joins some of the top names in British and International motorsport racing around the indoor kart track. For the former ICA British Super 1 Kart Champion, the event marks a return to his roots before he tackles his first ever car race when the FBMW Europe series gets underway in April.
“This will be the second kart race I’ve done since I started in car racing, having contested the Johnny Herbert event before Christmas and I’m really looking forward to getting back into a kart. The Autosport International Show is a great show, which I go to every year, but this year there will be a lot more for me to do following my signing with FMSI and Zanarini Management.

Next Friday’s event kicks off with qualifying at 14.00 following a mandatory safety briefing with a public driver fast lap shootout at 14.30. The 90 minute race gets underway at 14.45 and the awards presentation take place at 16.20.
