CIK-FIA has just released a provisional calendar for the 2010 season, yet to be approved by the World Motor Sport Council and FIA General Assembly. The World Championship is scheduled on 19th September and should be held at Zuera (E), while the World Cup for KZ1 will be held the week before – 12th September – on the Portuguese circuit of Braga, in order to facilitate teams participating in both events with the travel.

Also, the New World Championship for up to 17-year-old drivers has been included, with the first test session in the first week of July. The three rounds (25/7-29/8-3/10) have been set, but the venues remain to be decided. A new entry also for the European KF2/KF3 Championship Qualifications, with Paul Fletcher’s PF International circuit. The CIK racing season will debut in Sarno on 11th April with the first round of the European SKF/KZ1/KZ2 Championships. The second and third round of the SKF Championship will be held in Varennes (F) on 27th June and Genk (B) on 11th July.
